Retail Park Multichannel Branding
Bilfinger GVA required an umbrella brand to encompass three retail parks. Each retail park has their own identity, but also clearly sits as a brand family when viewed in unison. A suite of materials has been produced for three schemes initially, with the view to follow the new identity through to future acquisitions. We created a clean and flexible brand that uses a family friendly, welcoming colour palette.
The roll out for each of the retail parks involved a templated brand identity, including leasing brochure designs and websites – creating a recognisable brand family across all three parks.
