


Procurified
Procurified is a technology platform designed to streamline procurement and purchasing workflows for businesses. I was engaged to support the creation of a client presentation deck that could be both sent and presented to potential clients.
The brief involved understanding the product’s key features, how it delivered value for different user types, and what mattered most to prospective buyers. Rather than simply translating existing content, I worked to clarify the narrative, prioritise what needed to be communicated, and determine the most effective mix of visuals and text. This included evaluating where screenshots, concise product descriptions, customer feedback and key differentiators would best support the brand story.
The result was a presentation that balanced clear information hierarchy with compelling visual support, enabling the sales team to confidently communicate the product’s value in both written and live presentation formats. The deck was designed to be adaptable, usable as a standalone send-out or as a live pitch tool.
Alongside the presentation work, I also developed an interactive software map using Prezi to help clients understand how the platform functioned end-to-end. This required significant upfront definition to distil a complex system into a clear, navigable structure, ensuring the experience focused on what clients actually needed to understand rather than every technical detail. Due to the confidential and interactive nature of the work, visuals are not available.
